For all orders including custom items, please fill the appropriate boxes found on the product page with desired text and attach a logo, an image or a representation of your idea. Please contact us for any question or help.

Order cancellation is possible only if the product hasn’t been made yet (custom items) or shipped.
Shipping fees are calculated on the payment page.
Processing time for in stock items is 1-5 working days. Orders including items made to order, custom items or out of stock items will be processed within 1-10 working days. If processing time goes beyond 10 days, we will contact you via email to let you know.
Delivery times for orders with a Canadian destination is 2-7 working days.
Shipping times may differ based on selected carrier.
Use your tracking number to check on delivery status.
All sales are final.
No return, no exchange, no refund.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24h of delivery.
